Iguazu in Beeston, Nottingham

I went in to exchange a pair of earrings that were purchased for me yesterday and the woman in the Beeston shop was very rude and seemed bothered that she had to get off the phone to speak to a customer. Then she told me that they do not return/exchange earrings for hygiene reasons even though the person who sold the earrings to my husband told him they could be exchanged with a receipt. She did helpfully point out the sign on the counter that says earrings cannot be returned or exchanged which was covered by a clipboard and other papers. I've been in the shop several times and have not seen this sign.

I've bought several items from Iguazu and would have been fine with not having the earrings exchanged after all however after being spoken to in such a disrespectful way I will not shop here again.
