and I would like to comment on the above complaints.
The gentleman at the top was informed as to the condition of the car at the time of sale and it was clearly noted on the advert before viewing and on the invoice, he decided he wasn't happy after the purchase because his insurance was higher than he had expected.
The other complaints regarding deposits were advised that it would only be returned if the vehicle in question was not described accurately as advertised.
It was my view that they had left deposits on other vehicles in order to secure they all received there DEPOSITS BACK.

I wish I had read your review, I've just lost my deposit on a vehicle which wasn't as advertised, however I am going to take him to the small claims court to get it back, I suggest you do the same as I am going to show the courts this review! Avoid this dealer at all costs!!! By law you have 14 days in which to change your mind, even if you had bought the vehicle, so legally you should have had your money back, but I'm guessing he wont reply to your requests? I don't think this dealer should even receive a one star rating, a minus rating would be more appropriate!
