RL Roofing in Shirebrook, Mansfield

With a heavy heart i write this negative review, due to the fact that I was very happy with the work being carried out on my property. Unfortunately The workmen forgot to do the guttering down one side of the house. Therefore they needed to return to complete the job on which they had quoted for AND received FULL payment for.
When it was time for the owner of the company to go home, (early afternoon) I pointed out that the guttering wasn't straight and enquired if anything could be done to rectify it. The proprietor of the company became totally unprofessional and started screaming and shouting at myself. As a woman on my own, I was totally taken aback by such aggressive behaviour. I was told that I had received too much from him, he hasn't made much money from the job (a job that he himself had measured up for and quoted!) and he wouldn't be returning! I suggest people be very wary of this man and suggest payment be made and at the completion of any work carried out. The proprietor  of this business can be very charming but turns very nasty at the click of your finger. My suggestion to the said man is that the customer is paying for the work? So their input Does matter.
