Powercheck Oxford Ltd in Oxford

AWFUL.. Powercheck quoted for a boiler service and to certificate gas appliances. Their engineer obviously wasn't familiar with my boiler (make and model advised priot to visit) he passed it then failed it, ripped of the outside vent and removed the door to the boiler cupboard and was told i couldn't use the hot water. The director threw her toys out of her pram and harassed me continuously after i told them not to come back. I had the boiler serviced by my regular engineer who found that Powercheck didn't even detect that the pump had seized up and that they hadn't carried out the service for which i was charged over £230. Please seriously consider using another company as these fall short of ones expectations and didn't fulfil their obligations in my opinion. I WOULDN'T GIVE THEM ONE STAR...BUT THAT OPTION WASNT AVAILABLE THERE TO CHOOSE.
