Phoned yesterday (11/03/14) and after having spent about 30 seconds explaining my requirements, I was told by the gent that he was very busy and I would have to phone back. I enquired what would be the better time to phone to be told I would just have to take a chance! Thus, so as not to make him any busier, I have taken my business elsewhere and would recommend others to do the same.
