Very helpful. Suggested things we had not thought of which improved the end result. They have altered our loft and installed velux windows, which means it is easy to store things there, added a porch to the front of the cottage which gives us extra room and which looks as if it has always been there, and made the path by the stream safer for the elderly to negotiate.
