Find comments of Zoe K review very hard to understand, advised whole room needed plastering (advice not taken), finished job and came back following day to clear rubbish away and collect payment for work completed. The customer paid in full so very confused at these comments. At no point have they contacted me to say they were unhappy with my work (paid me in full and never questioned my work) I do have photos of this job and would show them to anybody, taken at every stage of the job!! A very unhappy and shocked builder - Scot Lawes.

What a disastrous state our bedroom is! Cracks in the walls and the ceiling, even a child could paint more accurately. Not even an apology - he is happy with what he has done, although said at the beginning he would not leave until we are happy with the work. We are having the whole job redone by a trusted carpenter (should have called him in again in the first place). Beware of this "specialist".
What a pity we can not attach photos here to show what he has done!

We have had Scot do a lot of different jobs for us.and have been very pleased with his work. He has replaced guttering, rear fence and gate, shed door and pond surround. He also has bult us a very nice canopy over our patio. His carpentry work is excellent. He is very tidy and always clears up after He finishes the job. He is mostly on time and will let you know if he will be later or change of time /date.His fees are reasonable and never adds unnecessary charges. Graham
