Veolia Environmental Services in Oswestry

Just to say how refreshing to deal with the recycling lorry team that empties our garden waste bins. We have just moved to the area and I had a huge amount of thatch from scarifying my lawn. Your lorry team were helpful, cheerful, professional, well turned out with clean uniforms. They helped by emptying half a bin of mud left by the previous owner of my new (to me) house, collected two bind of thatch and loaded two dumpy bags manually into the back of the wagon, and moreover, came again on the way back to pick up two more bins full! All with a cheery, no problem, can-do attitude. Whoever is running Veolia has established a terrific ethos and work ethic and I hope it never changes. Many thanks.
