I have had awful customer service here in the past few months. We called and scheduled a service and my husband went to bring the car in, only to be told the date they had is scheduled for was two weeks away. They said it was for a date we were out of town for a wedding so there is zero chance we would ha e chosen that date. They then gave us a new date, and my husband called the morning of and they told us AGAIN that they could t take the car and to bring it the next day. We finally got the car in and took a day trip with the courtesy car since we had family in town visiting. They called and told us when the car was done and we said we'd pick it up before close. At 5:30pm we got numerous missed calls from Audi and then finally spoke to them, only to be yelled at that we hadn't gotten the car yet. Apparently service closed at 5 and sales closed at 6, but no one told us. They had also called my mother in law's house and yelled at her for not picking up her car, when it's not even her car! Lastly, 10 days after the service I got a letter in the mail saying my car needed a software update so I had to bring it in AGAIN! I was told on the phone it would take an hour and a half so I decided to wait for it. Got there to be told it would actually be 2 and half hours and thu had no automatic courtesy cars ( even though my car is an automatic) so too bad. No apologies EVER. Disgusting customer service and I will NOT be getting an Audi again
