Awful! I bought a simple top box and rack and paid them to be fitted on my scooter. It only took 3 weeks for this simple job to be done! I paid in advance on the phone and took them 2 weeks to email me a receipt! i arranged a date for it to be fitted a week after U ordered it and when I got there they didnt have the parts, so I had to leave empty handed! After a lot of arguing they agreed to come to my home to fit it. They brought the wrong top box and the kid who fitted it didnt know how to connect the brake lights to it so he left without connecting them! When I phoned the shop to complain the shop owner told me that, as it was the wrong box, the lights were a "bonus" so they wouldnt connect them for me,though I paid for fitting! He then put the phone down!!! What a bunch of charlatans!!! What a rip off!!! Never again, ordering from ebay and fitting it myself would have been cheaper and faster!!!
