I went in here recently with my 7 year old son and my friends' 2 year old daughter to play in the soft play. It cost £3.50 per child and the soft play itself was pretty good but we were not impressed with anything else...Ok so your kids are playing in a soft play? what do parents usually do? Sit down have a coffee? Not in here... they had a total of 6 chairs and all were taken... no coffee or food available only a fridge with a few cold drinks that's it... there is cafe up there but that looks like it closed down years ago! So all you can do is stand and watch... if that's not bad enough the toilets are up another flight of stairs... a long way away so if you're on your own with the children and you need to go you will have to get your kids out of the play area and take them with you... there were a total of around 12 toilet cubicles and NONE had toilet roll and only a few locked... there were a few women in there when I went and one woman had some tissue in her bag and was sharing it... then you want to wash your hands? you will have a job... no soap and no working taps!! Shocking!
