Today I visited the Halfway Arnold Laver store and was appalled by the service given. While looking around the store 2 fork lift truck drivers came in, one calling the other a f******g W*****r and saying "You're doing my f******g head in" so loud all customers could hear, as a 55year old woman I do not need to hear this language under any circumstances. I purchased my goods, 1 handbrush and a small bag of rapid cement, for which I paid for and left the store. On driving out of the car park I was stopped by a Lavers employee and asked to produce my receipt for goods purchased, what an absolute insult. I have looked to send an email to the store concerned but have not found a email address to do so. I will not be visiting this store again.
