We have the misfortune to be living next door to a house where this company is working on an extension. First they made a hole and cracks in our attic wall. There was no apology when we spoke to Mr Arrowsmith. His attitude was dismissive. We had to approach our neighbour before the repair was made and even then we have had to keep asking to have it painted. We are still waiting for the second coat which was promised three days ago. This morning I was woken by a crash. A plank of wood from the works has fallen into our gutter. This extension has caused us a huge amount of stress. This company does not appear to care about the consequences of its work for those living in close proximity.
