A-Z Reliant in Wembley

We contacted them for an order, after speaking to the manager/owner (I think) and was told to email him . I received an email saying that they will contact me to discuss delivery. As per email, we waited to hear from them, and no one got back to us. I emailed them again. No one bothered to contact us. Then the day before the event we were so worried and i called them. To be told;

1. delivery cost is higher than the order £30.00, (I would have still agreed to that)

2, Not sure if he can deliver to us, as he is very busy with other orders, "It's not about you having a problem with the delivery time, It's about ME having a problem with the delivery time. I am too busy to deliver just 4 crates of glasses to you"

3. Then he said that, I should have contacted them earlier to check why they haven't contacted us,

4. Then he went on to say, that they did send me an email ( a sad blatant lie)

These people have left us in a mess.. Think twice before hiring them! I wouldn’t recommend them at all!
