Herbert Brown Jewellers in Morecambe

I have used this store several times and was made to feel like a second class citizen on two occasions, resulting in me taking my business elsewhere and now will not use this store again, which is a shame as sometimes they have some lovely jewellery in the window, I think an update on customer service is in need.
