Bailey Storm Preservation Services in Cardiff

I have real concerns about this company and the way my elderly parents have been treated by them. There have been no end of problems since the original damp repairs were carried out and we feel that the chap who comes out is very evasive and non-committal about sorting it out. My parents are not knowledgable about damp proofing but seem to have been told a load of nonsense. I have all but given up finding a resolution and would definitely not recommend this company to others.
