Mike's Bike's Surgery in Morden

Dealt with a lady. Inept at customer service. Was angry when I simply questioned why I was charged an extra £25 over the service amount agreed. She snarled "it's for breaks and cables. You obviously believed there would be problems otherwise you wouldn't have wanted a service in the first place".
Anyway, as for the full bike service. It was still dirty, and the gears are worse now than before. I will not be using them again.
So, if you like being shouted at, and enjoy a poor bike service then this is the place for you.
