Appalling service. Incompetent or dishonest - we’re not sure which, perhaps even both. Quoted £2,400 for supply and installation following a site visit (so they had all the information), took a £600 deposit to book installation date but a week later claimed cost would increase by £900 because they made a mistake! Nearly a 40% increase which they expected us to accept, a rather substantial mistake or an unscrupulous sales tactic? When we asked to cancel they would not even give our deposit straight back stating ‘policy’, the Finance Director claims he does not have the authority to change this- in which case who does? The manager seemed to think it was out of the ordinary to have to try to resolve an issue for an unhappy customer - with behaviour like this you’d think he’d get plenty of practice! We are left without reassurance other than dubious verbal claims that we will see our money again and unable to afford to book installation by another company meaning additional delay and the prospect of a freezing cold Christmas. Avoid at all costs unless you want to be left out of pocket and having witnessed as we have, the death of customer service from the top down!
