Used this shop on numerous occasions over the years, however will not be purchasing from them again due to being very disappointed with service regarding the return of Faulty goods and attitude of certain staff.
Although statuary rights puts the law firmly on your side regarding a refund or replacement be aware that a faulty item purchased from these premises (worn twice and looked after) when returned due to stitching coming apart I was told that the shops policy is that refunds are not given, only credit notes.

All the lady member of staff did was ask me to refer to note on bottom of receipt stating "Please check size and colour of goods as money will not be refunded". This does not affect your Statutory Rights!

Citizens advise however states under UK Law that goods that are found to be unfit for purpose due to a fault can be returned in a reasonable time and the consumer is entitled to a full refund!
