Harrow Furniture in Harrow

I made an appointment several days in advance for Harrow Furniture to clear some things from a flat I was moving into. I wasted a whole afternoon waiting for them to turn up and they didn't bother.
They didn't even have the courtesy to say they weren't coming. When I called they fobbed me off saying they were on their way but after hours of waiting I had to give up. Don't know who the 1000s of satisfied customers they boast about on their website are - maybe just people who are grateful they turned up! Zero Stars.
