Arriva North West in Bootle

I boarded the number 55 arriva bus on monday 16th november at approximately 2.30.
I originally wanted to board the 56 on sir thomas street but the road was closed for resurfacing.
I was told to go to st johns lane which i did. three buses came at once. 52 55 then the 58.
as there were a number of people boarding the first bus i went to board the second which was the 55.
I am not a regular passenger to bootle so as i boarded i asked the driver did he stop at bootle strand? he stared at me quite rudely for two minutes and to which I replied was that a hard question? he was still smirking. then said thats what it says on the bus/bus stop!
Was there really any need for this rudeness? The number outside the bus was 2920, the GENTLEMAN had a chubby face and a bald head. No wonder they get the abuse they do. If you give out abuse always be ready to get it back. so as the saying does you get what you sow! i had to give this review one star to let me continue but i do not think arriva deserve even one star for their rudeness!!!!!
