They came to give me a quote for new radiators in August. By October I was still waiting for the quote. I rang them, the receptionist informs me "they all have their separate computers and codes, no one else can access them", I did manage to finally get a phone call to the person who had visited my home (Matt) and after a number of lies informed me to "look elsewhere". My advice to anyone reading this is-- avoid this company at all cost.
