Booked a taxi to pick up a Chinese, but the company phoned to say that the driver refused to pick up the food as he claimed he was a 'taxi service, not a delivery service'. I don't really understand what the problem is. A job is a job at the end of the day and money is money. If you refuse to do the job in the first place, tell us when we phoned to book it, not after the Chinese company has freshly cooked the food. Thanks Oz for ruining my brother's birthday and for being too cowardly to even answer the phone; will never be using Oz Travel again.
