Solent Cleaners in Romsey

Without a doubt, the worst dry cleaners I have ever encountered. We went to collect my wedding dress from them on no less than three occasions, only to be told (without apology) that it wasn't ready. When eventually it was done, the lace on the dress was badly damaged. They denied all knowledge & did nothing. Staff were rude and unhelpful throughout. Avoid like the plague!

I have now used their service three times, and each time I have been disappointed. I have experienced a lack of friendly reception or care for my garments or interest in being helpful, high prices, damage to my shirts and bed linen three out of three times I have used them! Once maybe there is an oversight on my part, twice maybe a big coincidence, three times shame on me for trusting them. To avoid my experience of marks on my clothes and linen, lack of interest and care and duvet buttons melted into the opposite side of fabric, avoid using Solent Cleaners!
