The staff have no certificates to prove their training. When I asked she said she didn't speak English even though she spoke to me when I made the appointment. I asked for ombré hair, I got bright orange hair from the roots to the ends. She left bleach in my hair for too long because she was hoping it would eventually go blonde. It ended up falling out in chunks. I was forced to cut my waist long hair to my ears because of all the damage. I have suffered so much because of this salon and I don't want anyone else to go through what I did. My brother has also gone to the men salon next door, with the same owner. They left bald patches on his hair from the razor and the haircut was completely uneven. They even tried putting gel on to disguise the mess that they left.

Beware of those money suckers! I was charged much more than what they quoted me on the phone. Came out very unhappy. The highlights i wanted were nowhere to be seen. Only a Bright blonde agony over my whole head. Had to re-dye my hair at home the same day.
