Dog came back very giddy and excitable, clear sign that he has been left in kennel/ not walked as needed. Received a very angry and rude phone call by the end of the day, telling me how bad of a customer I was to forget the vaccination card (which we already apologise earlier on and went home to get it straightaway), disgraceful that I didn't know they have a card machine and wasted my time to go get cash and was bit late, and that I insulted them by mentioning how other dog care service charged me less (even I tried to explain I was only showing off how good my dog is that people are wanting to look after him so much that they will reduce the rate). The rude call was then ended abruptly without letting me speak. So make sure you be a good customer and your dog is on best behaviour before you choose them! Otherwise this is the customer service you will receive, bear in mind not to have an off day like I had and was being not considerate! You will not have a chance to explain yourself as they will abruptly put the phone down on you.
