Damand Plumbing and Drainage in Aldridge, Walsall

Used this company as they were preferred providers via my insurers. Engineer came out and looked at my boiler, played around with pressure and wireless thermostat and simply said that they couldn't help within 5 mins of inspection. He claimed that the heat exchanger needs to be replaced and I'm not covered for this. He left and after further inspection of my policy, it showed that I was covered for the heat exchanger. On top of this my thermostat has been playing up since he played around with it and my insurer as well as this company are refusing to help and have told the insurer that they didn't touch the thermostat at all - blatant lie! So beware.
