If I could give this company a negative star rating, I would. There are always problems with his tills after installation. You call him out to fix the problem, sometimes he comes, sometimes he doesn't. He misses appointments, then ignores your calls. Then when he finally does turn up, he's always got an excuse as to why the problem is always your fault. Even if that excuse is the precise opposite of the one he gave you the week before. Clearly he doesn't remember his own lies, even if you do.

And, the crowning glory, if you fall out with him over his dismal performance.. he will log in to your back office PC remotely and vandalise your system - he has done this to mine, and, I am now told, at least one other former customer.

There are other companies out there. Pick any of them. Just don't touch Oxford Epos (used to be known as ISS Tills. Can't imagine why he needed to change company name! Hmmm....)
