In December. Was told we could have a plaque done with our names on for the front of the bus. We noticed on our wedding day that the plaque was not in place, there was no apologies from the company, we then contacted the company to be told the driver forgot it and had left it in his car and now is on holiday, it will be forwarded to us. I have had to recontact them to find out why I still have not received it to be told it was sent, if I wanted it recorded delivery I would have been charged. i asked why I wasn't offered this option, the reply was 'Well maybe if you weren’t so curt and rude in your emails, then I would have checked with you and yes the blind was manufactured and yes it was sent!'. Thanks for that e-mail, what great customer services you have considering you were in the wrong in the first place for not delivering the service you was contracted for.
