Do not use this guy unless you want to call the police! I asked for a quote, he visited my tenanted property. I never heard from him again until my tenants tell me a few weeks later he is on the property installing his own cheap taps. I never asked him to do any work or even heard from him. My tenant simply asked when he was available. He deceived his way into the property! I had bought my own taps which he did not install. When I asked what he was doing in my property he hung up and proceeded to threaten my tenants or he would remove the taps and leave them without water. He made them pay and my tenants had to call the police to get rid of him. I was very generous in offering to pay only for half his time and the actual cost of the taps i did not want. He refused to give me receipts so i could return them or a refund and instead wanted more money to fix his mistake.
