Forth Country Chauffeur Drive in Dunfermline

I booked a car with driver a week in advance to take my elderly parents in Dunfermline to a family funeral in Musselburgh. John our driver was scheduled to collect at 8.15am. He phoned at 6.30am and cancelled on my parents. He said the bridge was closed. Well yes it was temporarily closed but at 7.15am it reopened and this was announced on the BBC news. John latterly told me he went for a shower after cancelling on my parents and he confirms he did not check the Forth road bridge web site nor did he watch tv for news reports on bridge. My parents should have and could have attended the funeral but they did not go due to Johns negligence which has caused a great deal of upset in my family. I would not be able to recommend this company to anyone. We are very disappointed and still feeling anger towards John the driver and business owner.
