Ordered a prom dress February 2015. I was told it would take 6 weeks for the dress to come in. I called the shop in the Easter holidays to see if the dress had arrived. I was told no and I would receive a message when the dress would be in. No one called me so I called the shop again, to be told that there had been a delivery but the girls haven't checked and that someone would call me back later that day. No one called! So a few days later I called them this time to be told that the dress would be here the end of April. I rang the shop on the 8th May were I wasn't very impressed with the attitude from the lady that answered my call. She told me that the dress hadn't arrived and it would be here in 2 weeks time. I told the lady that I wasn't very happy and I was told it would only take 6 weeks. She wouldnt let me explain the rest of my problem or why I wasn't happy. She turn around and said I'm telling you that your not getting your dress it will take 2 weeks. By this time I was very annoyed and said that I would have my £145 deposit back. She turn around and said that ok and put the phone down on me. I rang her back asking to speak to the manager she told me she was the manager I told her that she was rude and i reminder her that I had paid £145 deposit. Things did get better, she told me that they should have a delivery this week Wednesday / Thursday and I would get a text message to come and collect. She did apologise for any inconvenience and that I should receive my daughter dress by the end of the week. About an hour after the phone call I received a text message saying that the dress had arrived!!! What happened to the 2 weeks, then the end of the week to the very next day. I've got to say the dress is beautiful, shame about the service.
