M Kar Subaru in Rochdale

Sales staff very nice when purchasing car, and spoke at great length about their five star customer service. However, after sales care was extremely poor. Two new front tyres were put on the car as per our sales agreement, however it transpired one was a snow tyre which meant the car pulled.

I went back to the garage and they did replace the tyre, but with no apology and an attitude of 'we only have an obligation to make sure it's legal' and 'you bought a 7yr old car, what did you expect?' The bonnet cable had also snapped and this was not picked up despite it apparently being serviced by the garage. Not 5 star service and I wouldn't buy from this garage again
