I found all staff at Inverness Pc world extremely helpful, especialy a young man called Ross, who guided me step by step how to set up my new printer, he was very patient even when I showed up for a second time, didn't make me feel inadequate, I sure appreciated his help and what a lovely feeling when you succeed especially when your old.
