Ok, where do I start. My lovely dog was left there on Saturday at 12am on the spot, called in advance to check for availability, 17:05 my dog was still not ready, hostile environment, full of dogs, my bf picked up my dog and I did not see her until the next morning, when I check her out, she has cuts on her skin, a cut on top of her right eye, bold patches and just bad clipping all over, one side is short and the other is long and awful, her collar had been mixed up and was missing and when I tried to get in touch to explain what had happened, a very rude man, put the phone down on me and couldn't care to listen! Do not take your lovely pet there! This was the third time my dog went there, never had bad experience before, but I guess it's a hit an miss and not worth it, my dog could have been blinded, the cut was very very close to her eye. Sometimes they are very busy and do a very poor job!
