Abysmal service and substandard workmanship. An 8-10 day job took 6 months and it was still far from satisfactory. Ignored many requests for site meeting. 'Finished work was inspected by a plumber and the water tank was found to be in danger of exploding. Cost us another £1000 to rectify! One star is to much!
