In Stitches in Nairn

Very bad experience with this store, my mother purchased a dress from the store which was on offer she decided to take the dress the lady who runs the shop was well aware that my mum wasn't confident with the dress but my mum was pressured into it as the lady didn't have anything suitable as my mother of bride outfit, my mum called next day and pays for dress over the phone & left the dress in store for when she gets alterations, mum decided the dress wasn't her & was not confident with dress,she called two days later told the lady who runs it & the lady was rude very unhelpful & told my mum they would not issue a refund on sale items, but their was no sign in shop & we where not told sale items where non refundable the dress was £300, myself had ordered £220 bridal shoes & was planing on buying my bag, hair pieces, veil & alterations for myself & bridesmaids she has lost all my business & the attitude of staff & the way we where treated I will never recommend or do business with this store again... I also herd from another person who had ordered a hat had a very bad experience.
