Party Mad in Stony Stratford, Milton Keynes

Hired a Batgirl outfit but was given the wrong mask. I called the shop who advised they were closing in 15 minutes and would not stay on as it would take me just over that to get there. I was just told the manager would sort something when I took it back. I couldn't wear the outfit my night was ruined. The manager had not sorted anything when I got there so the lady in the shop phoned her, I was supposed to get a call back. It is now 3 weeks later. I haven't heard anything so called her myself to be told I would not be getting any money back. Absolutely disgusting service paying for something I couldn't use!!
