RJ Flooring in Abergavenny

RJ Flooring, Ryan Clark, came to my property to supply, fit & sand & oil an engineered oak floor to my hall. He turned up on the Thursday morning as arranged, he fitted the floor boards, he undercut door jams making a big mess on some & taking lumps out in several places, he cut the wire through to his planner, he cut two internal doors & took big lumps out of both of them by not using a fine cut saw. He left that day at about 4:00 pm saying that he would be back on Friday morning to complete the job (fit doors, door bars, fit trim around the edge to the skirting boards all round & sand oil complete floor & trim). He did not turn up, I received a text message about 9:00 am saying that his partner had gone into labour & he could not return to complete the work, not just for a few days or a week but never. I tried to get in touch several times, but no answer. I had to find another company to complete the work. I obviously would not recommend Ryan Clark to anybody, I found him very amateurish in his work, very unprofessional & he is certainly not cheap, so be warned. Graham Handy.
