Central Turf and Topsoil in Birmingham

Very poor quality turf supplied to my self it was dry on arrival and was assured it was normal for time of year. After laying and a week of watering the condition did not improve so gave another call. The responce was rude and had the phone put down twice on me. The turf its self had many thistles and most pieces covered in clovers. There were many Brown patches and some bald spots. Apart from the poor quality it looked like there were two grades of turf not the premium i paid for.

Called two weeks in advance for topsoil and turf and assured I would get a morning delivery. I had paid people to be present at my address to lay for me. Called at 11am on the day to chase delivery and was told that they would "chase the driver". Never heard from them again. Refused to answer both the landline and mobile. Refused to respond to emails, texts and voicemails asking for them to confirm out of courtesy whether they were coming. Gave up around 1530 and left a message telling them not to bother. Out of pocket by a considerable amount as I still had to pay my labourers. Not impressed at all.
