Do not get this man to do any sort of work. He turned up the next day after contacting him and he stuck a caravan aerial on my guttering. I had two aerials already on the roof what he could of easily reconnected the cable to. He charged £5 more on the day after being quoted cheaper and left when the tv was struggling to pick up channels. I contacted him via email and txt and got nowhere so i asked my partners mum to ring him. He answered and swore at the 70 year old lady saying "i dont need snotty f*****s like you ringing my phone". which was disgusting customer service. This man and business shud be shut down permanently. Dont waste ur money. Find somebody who someone else has recommended. And thats all i need to say.
Avoid! Paid this man to fit an aerial to a property I had just moved into that already had an aerial on the roof, but had no connections going into the house. Rather than fitting a new aerial to the existing bracket on the chimney, he thought it would be a better idea to attach it to the cladding on the outside of the house and - surprise surprise - aerial came off the side of the house after two weeks.
Contacted him to be told empty promises which were never fulfilled. I ended up paying someone who did the job properly and made a neater job of everything. He may be cheaper, but it certainly reflects in his work. Never got my refund I demanded either.
Avoid, this man paid to do a job came out did the job and within 1 week the Aerial is hanging from my roof, rang for a month, got excuse after excuse, promises that would come back and sort. When I got sick of ringing he would swear at me and hang up. His work is appalling, he is ripping people off. Please avoid, he has no idea how to attach an aerial to a chimney.
Before I start I wouldn't of gave this man any stars never mind one. Please avoid this company it seems also this man does the same thing to everyone. Eg not turning up when there's a problem excuse after excuse. We got this man's number by word of mouth so obviously we rang him. He came out around 2 days after we spoke he fitted the Ariel a month later we couldn't get many channels. Admittedly we thought it could of been when we had to retune the tv at the start of this month (sept), we re-tuned the tv still had no joy we rang this man up. He came out on the Friday he didn't seem to know what was wrong. He said I will be back in the morning with a more powerful Ariel. He never showed up I rang him got an excuse. I have 4 kids one of which Is 7 month old, it's disgusting and very bad trading, please avoid..
Avoid! Bloke arranged to come to do a job and never arrived, rang Several times only to be told Lies each time, Bloke stopped answering his phone when I rang to chase up his location. After waiting 4hrs past his original time I called off a witheld number to tell him to forget it only to get told OK and slammed the phone down.
