I have used this laundry service a few times over the last year and previously been happy. However last week I took a bath mat and a few bed sheets in to be cleaned. I returned a week later to kindly point out that the bath mat had been ruined in the wash and the bed sheets were full of bits from the now holey bath mat. I expected to go in and receive some customer service in the way of an apology or even an offer of refund. This was not the case and I was rudely accused of sending the bath mat in already with the holes and not even able to finish what I was saying before a defensive and abrupt attitude came back. In the end I requested half of the money in return which was given but pointed out the policy on the wall that said refunds don’t normally occur as ‘any Tom, Dick or Harry could say we have caused the damage!’ I was again shocked at this level of customer service and was told they would not wash my items any more after taking my name. I hoped for an amicable conversation.
