Fosters Furniture in Keighley

I bought a reclining settee and chair in March, within 3 months the metal framework of the settee had twisted. I contacted the shop who sent out a couple of men to take a look. They said it was not a problem, they could deal with. I wrote to the owner of the business but never received even an acknowledgement. Today I called to speak to him only to have the phone put down on me! No customer service. Be careful if your purchase goes wrong they are extremely unhelpful.
