What an awful experience, mr. Hill installed our brand new kitchen, he has chipped several doors, they are all misaligned, serious scratches to newly laid floor, put big hole in unit floor, had mini flood, didn't connect a hose, wrongly connected discharge pipe from washing machine allowing foul water to drain back from sinks into w/machine. Makes washing stink other plumbing issues. Scratched other components. Wont answer several letters by recorded del, he is just not interested in sorting out the mess. Cupboard units misaligned. Wrecked brand new hob, incorrectly installed. Filler has fallen out.. seems to have a bad attitude. Didn't previously come clean about all the damage, just walked out of house. Will cost in excess of £1K to remove most of kitchen, replace damaged components and re install. Awful skills, attitude and mess.
