Washworks in Aylesbury

I paid for the top wash and the dryer did not dry the car. On request my car was half heartedly dried with a cloth and I was told that the dryer wasn't working. The wax hadn't been applied and one brush wasn't working so the wash itself was also poor. Another customer had the same issues and was offered the opportunity to put her car through again. I requested a refund arguing that I should have been told that the dryer wasn't working before I paid and after some argument I was given my money back but banned from using their car wash again, Very disappointing as this used to be an excellent wash with the previous owners.

Washworks scratched and damaged my car and refused to acknowledge the damage. Definitely one to avoid.
