Beautiful Basements really disappointed us in the cellar conversion work which they did for us.

We experienced long delays with a lack of communication.

When the project was finally done, the basic tanking work was of a good standard, but finish was of poor standard which took chasing (and more time) to get resolved.

Complaints procedure was an awful experience. Refused to give any discount despite acknowledging poor service.
