M & J Brickwork Ltd in Canvey Island

I can't seem to give zero stars. I always feel that a review on major building work should be done a couple of years after completion. This one is around 4 years. Headline suggestion from me - don't use M&J Brickworks. All looked great when they finished but the reality was bad. Poor drainage installation resulted in sewage leaking and vermin infestation. Then our beautiful new kitchen collapsed because the floor construction was apparently not good enough. We are awaiting an engineers report. Just a summary here. I'll leave you to make your choice.

I'll add the next instalment of the amateur work done by M and J brickwork. The conservatory they built is falling away from the house, caused by subsidence which was caused by a leaking pipe over the years that was layed incorrectly. We now have the label of subsidence forever. If you too would like such a badge, go ahead and use M and J brickwork. If you are reading this M & J Brickwork, thanks a bunch for wrecking our life time plans to move house for our retirement. Good work.
