Nottingham Pet Crematorium in Gamston, Nottingham

After loosing my dog suddenly I called to book a service. I referred to my dog as being a she/her. Provided her name, etc then I was asked ''when do you want to bring it' I was so upset by this reference. My girl was referred to as an 'it' several times. This was very distressing. I was also given a sales push with various add on's. They would not accommodate a same day service and even suggested I took my girl the next day. This was not possible due to high temperatures. My experience added to my upset. I went elsewhere with my girl and I advise anyone else to do the same.
