Very disappointed, after agreeing on work to be carried out & setting a date, he took 2 days off work only to be told the morning of the work being carried out that when he went to pick up the boiler & water cylinder it hadn’t arrived. He then assured us he would be with us the following morning only to then receive a message at 7.30 am to say he was in hospital. He has every excuse under the sun. If he doesn’t want the job then just be honest & stop messing people around.
