Shen Chi Do is a form of Karate, with multiple kicking and unlimited hand motions, with locks, holds, throws, pressure points, pad work, sparring, various weapons, inc staff and katana sword.
From ages 6yrs and above. 3rd Dan instructor, fully insured and licensed.
Classes are every wednesday 7pm - 8.30pm.
